EPC

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) is a project delivery model where one contractor handles a complex project from start to finish.

EPC provides a single point of responsibility for design (Engineering), sourcing materials (Procurement), and building the facility (Construction). This “turnkey” approach, common in large projects, transfers risk and streamlines communication by giving the CodeIT customer a fully operational project, ready to use, often for a fixed price and timeframe.
