At CodeIT, our transdisciplinary approach means that we integrate knowledge across disciplines, creating new frameworks that transcend traditional fields to solve complex issues,  for holistic, unified solutions, unlike multidisciplinary where experts stay separate.

In comparison, a multidisciplinary approach involves different experts adding their perspectives to a problem within their own boundaries (like spokes on a wheel).

Regarding an interdisciplinary approach, think of it as experts talking across fields, and transdisciplinary as experts and the people affected by an issue working together to solve it.
