🟠 Revitalized and ready for a new CodeIT decennium.
CodeIT was founded early in 2011 and moved to our current address in Oslo ten years ago, in 2014. Since the start up in 2011, CodeIT has been continually expanding. The company now has offices not only in Oslo, but also in Gothenburg, Ho Chi Minh City and Bergen. As well as branch offices in Ålesund and Strängnäs. Altogether we are over 70 people serving customers with installations in 24 countries and have a good reputation and a bright future with world-class products and services that are very much in demand.
New Offices.
Working closely together is part of the CodeIT Team ethos, but it was becoming increasingly difficult to squeeze everyone into our offices in Oslo, and as our 10-year lease was coming to an end, we started looking for new and bigger offices in 2024. After numerous viewings and debates, we ended up staying at the same address and everyone’s very happy with the decision. The property owners did as they promised and have carried out a total rehabilitation and modernization of the premises to make full use of the available space more effectively. During the renovations they provided us with temporary accommodation as the premises were going to be totally gutted. The work started on August 30th. It was completed on schedule three months later, ready for us to move back in just before Christmas. As part of the deal to stay at the same address, we also signed an option for more space in the same building to ensure continuity and cover future growth and expansion.
New Customer Technical Services Facility.
As part of the arrangement to stay at the same address, we have also totally refurbished and expanded our Customer Technical Services facility in the basement of the same building in Oslo, giving us more space for more engineers and to handle more projects and do more testing – particularly in connection with step 4 in the CodeIT 10-Steps to Success.
Continuity from CodeIT.
As we start 2025, we have signed a 10-year lease for our fully modernized combined offices and Customer Technical Service facility in Oslo. It heralds the start of a new CodeIT decennium. Now we have a tip-top, modern base in Oslo to sustain more growth for the next ten years – at least!
