Our quest is continual improvement.
Our Customer Support Center offers customers worldwide support 24/7/365. We use dedicated in-house resources and run it from our offices in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We believe it is one of the best customer support programs in our industry. We designed it to help customers be more efficient. It truly is a program that adds value and keeps costs down.
To further enhance CodeIT Customer Support we recently invested time and resources in a major study trip. A team of 14 of our first and second line support staff and application engineers went for an intense few days on-site together with salmon industry leaders located near each other around Hitra on the Norwegian west coast - at 63oN (the Arctic Circle is 65oN!) - a long way from our offices in Gothenburg.
The team spent time on our hostsβ shop floors and with management. Many valuable insights were gained that will help us support customers in the salmon industry and other segments too.
By the end of the stay our team achieved its objective; To get, first hand, an even better understanding of customersβ daily operations, challenges and the stress factors involved, so we in turn can continue to find the best ways to meet the expectations customers have for CodeIT.
